Stranger things have happened. I have not invested in WDDD in the hopes VRNG will buy them out or take them over, but such is possible if even as a long shot. If WDDD is successful at Markman, the company will be worth 10's and 100's of millions of dollars. WDDD may not have an in house expert to leverage the technology further, but they won't need such an expert either. VRNG could buy them out and hire such an expert and then go after a multitude of infringers for hundreds of millions more.

I don't think VRNG will take WDDD over, but if they did, they would find a way to make money off WDDD's patents. But I don't think WDDD wants to be taken over right now. They stand to make much more money in court than they would if VRNG bought them out.

Now, back to the MSJ hearing on October 17...
