Only problem they have is, can they get the old and new investors back as they do not disclose much and are in the dark about what the parent company does. More questions then answers on the CC. When asked about employees they said they have independents. Why have this Company in the 1st place if everything you do is outside contractors?

The parent Company SKT@ is having trouble stating what it is they do for the 50 plus million in contracts.


What bothers me the most is I contacted more then 10 large dispensary's and none ever head of MG, SK3, AEGY. I cannot find anything that this Company is doing "ANY" business. Impossible to have the type of revenue and no one ever hear of them? They have a address that no one can verify. They need to step it up if they want this to survive.
