Not clear to me how AZN can market a combo pill of Crestor and Epanova....

For very high trigs, statins aren't always used as they raise risk for pancreatitis, which these pts are already at risk for. Thus, without their own Anchor, they must rely on a massive off label combo strategy or stick w pipsqueak addressable market size w increased pancreatitis risk.

Am I missing something here?
