My dad took a company public years ago, he bought a "clean shell" so, the shell is an asset, Jorge could get his butt out of trouble by doing what you said then selling the shell and we could be alright. I know there were some shareholders here with 10,20,30 mil shares and we never really broke the .0005 level, kissed 8 once, I think many were going to start selling at .001 .0015 etc and there ended up being serious bagholders.

When my dad was getting the shell,I think he paid like 100,000 for it plus fees, so it was more like 200,000 when he was done, and that was in the 1970's
