Pawson is dragging his feet on transferring the stock so he can manipulate this stock LONG (see PRs from 8/28 and 9/10) and now he's manipulating it SHORT (adding his name to the OTC filing).

Hanging on to my 5M shares because I still believe this deal will go through and CBYI will be handed over to John Scott.
