Wouldn't a merger between all three companies or just ENTB and BMSN satisfy a CUSPID change? It looks like a 3 for 1 from ENTB. Lastly, (speculation on the merger thought train) If they do a merger, can a company restructure its share structure during this process? That is more of a curiosity.
