You mean the bots that scan headlines then trade on them? Could be, but they all would have had to be keyed to sell if the terms "generic Lovaza" were in their code, and the response was coded to be "sell AMRN". Sounds kinda dubious to me unless like I said they had all that pre-set, meaning knew about the decision in advance, insider trading type stuff.
