Perhaps the board will keep him under control. We need to spend a little money on productive marketing. Dilution due to a languishing share price isn't good for anybody. Even the guys who wanted their warrants revised down to 23 cents know that.

This is a temporary knee-jerk reaction by the market. If more people weren't thinking like a number of us, the share price would already have tanked. Instead, it's continuing a slow drop as anticipated.

Now, we need some new leadership. A sith Emperor would do! ;)
