elkonig-- read the Board. That point has been made and answered a dozen times.
John Scott does not want to sell the technology to one company. He wants to license it, to make it broadly available.
And guess what, the technology was so good, one of the big boys (GOODYEAR) tried to steal it, and Scott sued to keep them from using his patented technology.
