The Fed. Cir. opinions are released at 11:00 a.m. daily, like clockwork. I would be surprised if the Street et al. are not dialed in with permanent computer link. Reaction today was mindless from investors, traders. I read those opinions every day---that takes time. Sometimes an important en banc opinion is released when ready or AH.
