If you could "care less" where they have their office, then why did you say this":

The place in the back. Drive through the alley way and it is one of those mini-warehouse units for light industrial with a 200 Sq. Ft. office space next to a garage door. Very impressive, but what can you expect based on the revenue stream.

Those were your words, not mine or anybody else's.

As for the resume's allegedly being padded - ignoring the fact that you have yet to provide any proof of "padding" or even attempted to call the company to ask specifics - none of us here expected Tim Cook, Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos to join the Eco-Safe team. No one. It feels like you're battling a straw man on this point. We're all on the same side... I think. We are all shareholders who want to see our investment do well. I believe I can speak for everyone else on the board when I say that none of us here are under any illusions. Sure, we're hopeful that the new and more experienced management team is going to figure out a way to greatly increase the distribution of Eco-Safe's products, but it's still a gamble. That's why you can get shares right now for .04 and not $4.00.

And, honestly, I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish by telling us stories about being a comptroller at a company that was shutdown by the IRS for not paying payroll taxes. How exactly is that relevant to ESFS?
