IMHO

* This sems to me, that a large buyer is keeping shares lower to buy, resulting in a unfriendly take-over and will have controlling rights of the company.

* Or SFOR is selling every day as shares are available ( JUST LIKE THE TECH ERA) in order to pay the bills, the end result is to R/S again
