Im not disagreeing with you about CBYI. The January PR saying they had a definitive agreement with Cambertire should have been a trigger for the 8K to be released to the S.E.C. It hasn't been, so in my opinion the officers(whomever they are) of CBYI are perpetrators of deception and stock manipulation.
