Building Codes, especially I-Codes, and Product Listing agencies, if you must know. Not a direct investor in the industry, penny stock or otherwise. For all I know, I may own Eco stock through a fund, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
My identity matters not since I am merely posting information readily available from the Listing agencies and the I-Codes. Nothing expressed code related is from opinion or a SWAG. If I were you guys, I wouldn't just take my word on my comments and suggest you also look this stuff up. It's all readily available from the sources websites whether it's the I-Codes, ICC-ES, LA Labs, QAI, or whomever. Just be sure you don't speed read it because the devil is in the details on anything to do with building codes.
Post as you wish about what you think the stock will do, and as owners and employees you hould be optimistic, but when inaccurate comments are made, such as an ESR suspension doesn't matter, it needs to be challenged for the benefit of those that don't know what that means. With that example, it is a very big deal when a code report is suspended. It is a worst-case scenario for a building product that has an ESR. The rest of the folks on the blog deserve the truth about that. I'm not saying it won't be unsuspended tomorrow, but for now that is worst-case news.
There is a paper posted on ICC-ES's website that will tell you about ESR Suspensions.
