Related to that I'd be interested in knowing what the current relationship with Windhuss is. He at one point owned about 10% of the shares but is no longer a director/ the CFO.

Did he sell his shares a while back? Did he have a fallout with gene and gang and is also getting screwed? Or does he have some other kind of arrangement keeping him happy?

When you google his name you find that he still runs an accounting practice.
