Lucky loser from what you have written you like RD dont know how the swedish market works... The only reason I decided to write here was to explain why a FN listing was impossible with the continous dilution.... So please read my second post to RD about the SEC, the Swedish FSA, Regulated market and Multilateral trading facility.

I am not here to make any enemies or to start a fight with someone... But as I said I know how the market works. It is up to you if you want to listen.

I am also a shareholder and we all have the same goal.

I am not saying that Nasdaq or any other regulated market or MTF has a problem with new issuing of shares... I am saying that Nasdaq would have a big problem with a company that continously issues new shares to pay their bills to suppliers etc etc.... No company that wants to be taken seriously by the swedish market can conduct its business like this since it creates a great uncertainty and risk for any investor...

The normal and accepted way to raise money is either a bank loan or to issue new shares to existing shareholders. Only during special circumstances would you issue new shares to a non-existing shareholder. These types of issuing can only occur 1 or maybe maybe 2 times per year, more than that and the market would lose confidence in the company. And the money raised each time needs to be sufficient to run the company for preferably at least 12 months.

You would however never issue new shares on a day to day basis... This is extremely unpredictable behaviour and will never be accepted by the market. Nasdaq knows it and Penser knows it.
As I said to RD, the listing process for FN is shorter than for OMX Stockholm (regulated market). For OMX Stockholm its about 6 - 9 months.

The company has not given any information on why the process has been the delayed, why do you think that is? Of course they know why but it would kill the share price if it was made public.

Why do you think that they are trying to sell the bond now, which would end the dilution... Because the have been told that the listing is not going to happen as long as the continous dilution is ongoing...

I see now that you only have 3 posts per day so I guess this is the last one for today...
