Unfortunately mmrich1 your thoughts seem to be somewhat more plausible given the share price action. We can think all we want that this was a great deal,don't get me wrong I think it would have been much worse,IMO,had no deal been done. However pps seems to indicate at this point big money thinks otherwise. I'm still long and thankful that we at least didn't have to listen to the "I told you so's" from MG and others
