These small companies with zero institutional representation will never kick out a bad manager especially if he has the BOD in his pocket. You need big shareholders to step up and we are not going to see it here. My whole reason for even being here is Miller. If he drops off the board then the shareholder base will be down to nothing.

I am already looking forward to next summer at the ASM when they dress Babu up as an Indian servant and make him serve tea to the three shareholders left(Proto,X and Nitro).
