Recently WW mentioned Aeros' DARPA work on cargo UAV airships. I don't think we have previously mentioned Paul Adams and his Nevada-based Airship Manufacturing here before. I am sure he would like to compete with WSGI on ISR airships, but lately he has also been very actively pursuing the cargo airship concept as well. By his own admission he is not AS interested in military applications but would rather sell for scientific purposes (oceanographic?). Still, part of the WSGI market landscape for sure:

Someone recently asked if Argus has any design advantages. Looking at Paul's web site could be helpful in thinking about that.
