eTrade is not availablefor France...
Do you know some website for trading CBYI in France ? only USA HongKong ... ???? I become mad ;)

I'm moving tons of nothing for getting an etrade account or any account to trade on OTCMKTS, with help of a friend. I'm french, here in France it's hard to become rich, everything is bullshit in trading platforms and we have to wait years on nasdaq stocks to do a *10 performance... we are often dead before the *10...
and my broker said I can't trade < $1 (too dangerous for a french poor businessman?)... It's like I want now to live in the USA... only for a stock, LOL......

1st thing I would do today if I had an etrade account : check lowest of today for CBYI
