The point of camber in the suspension is that as you load one side of the car while cornering, the car is going to roll towards that side. If the tires were exactly level with the surface in straight line, then while cornering they would roll onto the outer edge of the tire. So you add in camber, now the tire isn't level in straight line, but is far more level and gives you a much bigger tire patch.
If you were to now install camber tires and set them up so that the tire is level with the surface, then you are still going to have the car roll onto the outer edge of the tire in hard cornering doing you absolutely no good.
There's a reason camber tires aren't around or produced by any actually reputable tire manufacturers. It's just a giant hoax. It's only good for people who want to daily drive running stupid amounts of camber for appearances sake without eating through their tires.
Proper suspension setup along with the proper tire compound is all that counts.
