Sent this inquiry off to my broker and got a response that they are researching it:

Greetings, On or just before Mar 2012, I signed releases for WAMPQ, WAMKQ, WAMUQ and DIMEQ shares that I had in my brokerage account. Escrow markers were set up for the WAMPQ, WAMKQ and WAMUQ accounts and new shares of WMIH were issued as part of the agreement associated with the releases that I signed. I never received escrow markers for the DIMEQs and I recently received a letter from the WMI Liquidating trust stating that my distributions associated with my DIMEQ shares have been returned as UNDELIVERABLE. I would like to track down the releases that I signed and submitted through XXXX brokerage services for the DIMEQ (class 21) shares. Apparently these releases never made it to the WMI Liquidating Trust (Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP). Please advise.
