Skit, You are thinking as I was thinking somewhere around 2 years ago. However I can't forget that FH told me personally on the phone that he was working to reduce the O/S via the 500M buy-back...all while he was diluting the O/S from 2B+ to 5B. The bad news was reveiewed in a subsequent SHM. That left a sour taste in my mouth.
