As you say the governance structure is seriously flawed and needs repair to give the company credibility with potential investors. This complacency and lack of attention to so many issues continues to the reason we are wallowing and not seeing apparent progress. In short it is all about a lack of professionalism and experience to do the job properly. The solution is so obvious and easy but it seems to elude those with the ability to effect change.
