You missed the point.

I don't think Medizone is a scam either.

But put yourself in the place of a potential investor investigating this company
and by all outward appearances it's a conclusion one could easily come to.

I'm sure many have backed away because of the secrecy and unorthodox management practices of our brain trust.

The outward appearances management has allowed to fester is not only hurting the share price big time but creating doubt about the legitimacy of the company.
