It's a place marker used by someone like VNDM. They're hiding their ask. Once VNDM shows up, you best sell and move on. He seems to have endless shares with every stock I've seen him play. You will see many say, "he's almost out of shares". Then several months later they repeat the question. Heavy manipulation going on here. Most likely heavy dilution by the company itself.
