I suggest we teach fool Seth Jason a lesson:
"The challenge
GlobeTel has so far declined to provide me with the most basic contact information about the Russian partner (its PR contact explained to me that it would be highly unusual for a company to provide such information. I find that highly unusual.) She did promise to send my request further up the food chain. I'm not asking them to show me the money. Just show me the phone number."
E-mail Address: sjayson@fool.com
Real Name: Seth Jayson
Fair is fair...I suggest we e-mail Seth Jason, and ask that Seth show us HIS phone number...maybe he'll eventually get the point of GlobeTel's respecting Internafta's request for confidential treatment:
"JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
*** denotes information for which the issuer is requesting confidential treatment
This JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of
this 29th day of December 2005 by and between GLOBETEL WIRELESS CORP., a
Florida corporation, with offices located at 9050 Pines Blvd., Suite 110,
Pembroke Pines, Florida, United States of America ("GlobeTel"), and LLC
INTERNAFTA, a Russian limited liability company, with offices located at ***,
Nahabino, Moscow region, Russia ("RP")."
I also suggest we be objective, not emotional, in our e-mails to Seth Jason...attacking him won't help, teaching him will.
