It is disappointing that you did not read my post. My quote was Those vitamins for AMD have shown a little success at slowing the disease, as nothing so far can stop it. So I agree, the vitamins can help. I would, however, suggest, that there is a growing trend towards "naturalism" if you will. My goodness, how quickly did the word "organic" become vogue? In closing, I might add that as long as there are vitamins on shelves, there will be a produce section. When I make my protein shakes, I put in real blueberries, not a blueberry supplement. Matter of choice I suppose.
