Why not have the pros do it.......
Favorable:
Be certain the defendant has $$$$$$$$$ first;this should turn on the sharks(attorneys):$$$$$$$$$$. I believe it is the case with AYSI and we all know how creative attorneys are once they smell/see $$$$$$$$$$ behind Gene's tribe and ill-gotten profit from the company!

White Swan:
If the notion of claw back is remotely likely thru litigation -thus effecting the valuation of the company- like blood to sharks which shall start a shark frenzy in your favor: new sharks coming in feasting on the wounded sharks(the tribe)!

I don't have the expertise and never pretended to,but maneuvers(charade,firewalls,...) put up by Gene were "kid stuff" and should be dis-mental by the pros in court proceedings with ease.

PS-Your challenge is to mustard the courage along with other faithful to seek justice and f**k him back.I will thrown in $500.00 as seed money and at least 10X amount to purchase the stock upon the filing of the case against management of AYSI by its shareholders for insider trading fraud.
