Still nothing in the 8K on the identity of this Russian mystery company. And those 30 Russian cities? I read two. I spoke with the CEO and he had nothing more to offer other than some bits of a story that were substantially different from what was in the PR, and in the 8k.

You are the one who's not doing DD, if you believe what GTE is spinning in public. They're not telling the whole story here. Why is that?
