Back in spring of 06 when Chevron was pushing Offor to sell the rights of blk2 to them because the oil was on our side in blk2 there was news of 11th hr negotiations but Offor decided to sign the PSC with Sinopec instead, that's when all hell broke loose and DOJ and FBI came down hard on Erhe , so I think you are right in your thinking on this, have a great Labor Day !
