Thanks for the posts, prior to reading this post I was a little taken back by the statement " unforseeable future " Brazil, and others, including us have the technology, then if gives thought to the IOC's and big oil participation. Seems greed and lack of financing causes a " temporary" impass here. And ERHCs " big" bite was cause for the big oil to run and turn on them (us) ??
