Well my point is that 0 * 12 million shares = 0 * 3 billion shares. ACYD is a zero value company as of today. The excitement comes with the merger with Wialan. What happens when you remove the big diluter (Folger), then what happens to the PPS when you bring value to the company? Wialan is a successful business that is currently making money, see the pine gardens community register, to see what they make per project, you can stipulate from there how much they can make in a year if they are in 10 countries.

Lastly, i think there is some confusion regarding the freshly minted 3 Billion shares. To my understanding newly authorized shares are RESTRICTED for at least a year, which means they will NOT be entering the float for at least a year.
