There is no semi-annual reporting, just quarterly and annual. Last annual was filed last day on Aug 2012, I am pretty sure this one will be late. Form 3 was filled today for the new director / lab director. He got options to buy some shares at .10 for signing on as part of his salary. Not sure if they are vested yet. But that buy in volume at the ask today was a wake up call saying sitting at the bid at a dime is no way to buy any more MVTG shares smile

I guess I need to raise my bids about 50%, LOL

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
