okay good. Some people need to be board members for the Home Owners Association. I don't need it. At least one of my companies has sold to Apple. They are terribl and ignorantly demanding--but are still stellar as a company.

I have been a CEO for 30 years of one or more companies and have BOD'd for two others each of which has revenues greater than $300MM.

I recognize an impediment to success and Watts is it. Watts is two dimensional. Depends on whether he/she can run a company or make fifty cents bay bad mouthing it during the turn.
