Honestly, there is no reasonable answer to be had. What's baffling to me is that the judge is continuing to allow this circle jerk with no remedy in sight. Every time we think this case is about to wrap up, some other shit comes back into play. As you said JJ, if there was a workaround then, why in the hell hasn't it been implemented or brought forth to eliminate the possibility of ongoing royalties. I just don't get it either but I will say, Google has been playing this delay game very well and If some sort of positive news doesn't surface soon in V's favor, I am afraid that we may be visiting the sub 3's again.
