I disagree...google has not being playing the delay game well, simply HJJ has been allowing google to abuse him and his court.

Some of this he's had to allow for process, but alot of these delays he has bent over for them.

This last w/a issue is just embarassing him. he gives them time but they are looking to still try and invalidate a validated patent?

why as I said earlier, oh because their w/a doesn't stop infringing.
