Can't you place a rough value of a company by some basic information. There are what 8 locations? Small stores with minimal equipment probably. Also, consider their ice cream label (which is probably not valued at much).

So if they own roughly 51% of the locations, can a value of 8 mil be justified?

Clearly the financials are jacked, so can someone that has been here longer than I have place a value? I'm new here and just brainstorming this...

Something isn't right here with issued stock and the financials...
