JJS, thank you for putting to rest a worried mind. You are quite correct, HJJ, has probably covered himself by being thorough in the handling of the case and making sure his legacy will go on to help other judges follow his format. I for one will not be in a patent investment from here on out as a long investment, had I played this one!!! of course 20/20 hind sight, would have made a nice profit. Now I am holding quite a few thousands in the low 4's, needless to say I am holding on for something above that.
