I wonder how many original investors have forgotten the Kang years?

I wonder how many former partners have forgotten the Kang years?

I wonder how many business executives who play golf have forgotten their over-priced Dr. Johnson driver which shattered? Do you think any of those top execs talked about Liquidmetal golf and the Kangs at the Country Club?

How do you forget the Medical Manager lawsuits?

How do you forget the class-action lawsuits?

How do you forget the Kang employees who are still on the payroll?

Ogawa, Okeeffe, Otis S Buchanan, Ricardo A Salas?

How do the 250 employees who were let go by the Kangs forget the Kangs?

Well, let me tell you. YOU DON'T

But the first thing you do to change the past is this:

CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.
Vitreloy is not a liquid metal and never has been.
Johnson got it right when he chose the name Glasimetal.
Kang only chose the name Liquidmetal because Schwarzeneggar was in vogue at the time. Biggest Oxymoron there has ever been.

DISMISS ALL OF THE FORMER KANG ALLIES from the Company payroll.

Get a new chairman of the board, because Mohamed Abdi, an Iranian Sephardic, has done squat for the development of this company.

MOST IMPORTANT, REVENUES AND NET PROFITS per quarter for four consecutive quarters with a positive growth trend. That is all you need to forget.

SHOW ME THE MONEY. Any FOOL knows that that is the key offset to bad memories.

This Company has ALWAYS BEEN A COMPANY of PROMISE(S) and BROKEN PROMISE(S).

We are (still) "IN THE MIDST" of shipping commercial parts....
