If the flippers are happy flipping 1,000,000 shares at a max of .0003 to make $300 bucks they will still do this in my opinion. I would prefer to stay long and not pay Cap Gains. So of the $300 they make they really only make $174 or whatever their tax bracket allows. Too much work for little pay.
