Why was his buddy CFO left and how was he kept off the radar and silenced,and most likely sold all his shares above the $2.00 mark and without reporting it? Form 15-12g provided the cover for both thieves to steal from the faithful!
The enhanced Acroplates are just hardened thicker plate with added carbide,which can be processed by most steel companies,and it is not patentable! 90% chance there is no patent on the thicker Acroplates:royalties gone to his pocket most likely can be claw back to the company!90% chance likely.This is why his son is in charge in order to maintain the lies!
Can anyone prove Gene is an engineer??He has had no technical credentials in the steel industry nor in the academia!Most likely he bought the patents(2) he claimed to own.
Based on my calculation,the balance sheet is doctored and it is about to be out of money.Gene has two set of books and those impairment charges are huge!
