It states without a doubt, they will need financing, and that there is no capacity to be profitable by the time they run out of cash.
FYI, APPLE can do what they want, it won't generate a dime for LQMT, even if SANDIE says what if TESLA uses it...!
They can and will bypass LQMT's involvement in any products that APPLE will make.
Have you not read that agreement either?
