VVVVVV you make some good points. I do believe there is a big "too good to be true" factor. I love that term you came up with. Most things that sound too good to be true usually are. In this case though, I am convinced it is the real deal. This is patented technology that we are talking about. I have run it by everyone that I know that knows technology and they all go nuts over these patents. The conference call really validated every bit of this. You cannot have such top notch board members and CEO if this were a "too good to be true" deal.

I do respectfully disagree with you about your dilution comment. I understand the OS has increased but thats why companies go public. You issue shares to raise money. If Voip-Pal had not issued shares we would not have a patent portfolio. They used their public entity to co-develop the patents with Digifonica and create this EXTREMELY LUCRATIVE patent portfolio which is why we are all here and holding on. That is responsible and strategic share issuance, not dilution. IMHO
