Why do people keep stressing about these additional shares? Read the PR people. They are conditional shares, only to be issued to Dr. Min, and only after he reaches specific milestones. And, if he reaches those milestones, its not going to matter if the O/S increases or not, because so will the value of the company in general! We are talking about a vaccine that could ultimately "cure" breast cancer. Seriously people, do you not understand the potential here?
