That number is posted in the Ibox as the number obtained by a shareholder in September/05. Also the most recent OFFICIAL number published by Delta in a paid pump they tried in spring 05. BUT, I do believe that it is not reflective of the fully diluted share count, only the O/S as of Sept. Without knowing the exact terms of the financing arranged in the summer, if shares/options/warrants were issued as part of it, a more accurate number is not available.

I have spoken with Delta's T/A regarding several different companies in the past couple years and so I am quite familiar with her. I don't care for her personally and think she is amongst the worst possible people/agencies to utilize.

If Delta wanted the true numbers to be known they would have been included in any of the recent prs, the release regarding the financing, or a simple shareholder update on their website. It's not difficult to be transparent unless you have something to conceal.

I accept you believe the O/S is 817,441,452 and also accept that the financing would have been impossible without securing it with additional shares through certs, options, or warrants. Taking those into account I believe the fully diluted shares would conservatively be 1.5 billion.

I wish I was wrong and you were right, but I think the market tends to accept my hypothesis more than your supposition. Perhaps the news release regarding sampling results taken 6 months ago will be more revealing, however I would not hold my breath on that. Let's be honest, over a year to secure relatively small amount of financing, over 6 months and no results from sampling, Rayment stepping down, really makes me doubt that those on the inside have a lot of faith that there are diamonds in the dirt. I've seen people more anxious to dig a potatoe from the ground. The companies lack of enthusiasm contributes to my increasing lack of faith and optimism.

Unless I was on the payroll it would be difficult for me to want to bet the rent money on this one. Ya know what I mean?
