They really just need to go ahead and do whatever it takes, including using the share structure, to get this over the hump. Just so long as it's done in the least toxic way possible, as far as shareholders are concerned. I know no one likes the D word, but I'd rather that, and have a fraction of something worthwhile than 100% of anything that's not worth a crap, if indeed anything at all.
Again, way too much $, time and effort already expended for it to turn into a fart in the breeze. Could happen, but I seriously doubt it. Most who use OPM normally don't care to lose it, especially in a frivolous way. So I'd imagine they'd care even less to lose their own, in a like manner.
