Perhaps I missed something but as I understood it Wise graphene was never protected therefore anyone can get it (because it is not manmade), it occurs naturally and therefore cannot be patented , that it why you read so much about everyone is playing with it, we looked at that a few years ago

Graphene has its place, touch screens, etc; I think the missing bang gap is Huge Issue though, if Perkinamine wasn’t manmade you’d see just as many institutions experimenting with it. But they cannot, the nice part about all the reseach is that most people using it publish what they figure out and I’d bet at least some of the knowledge can be used here.

I wonder if they changed up the ad over the weekend to include info on the Ladar front. IXO, I’d guess the next bit of news will be the details on the award or more importantly what stage 2 of the award might look like.
