I appreciate your well thought out reply Click. Excellent rationale that is quite reasonable and feasible. What you've written makes the most sense to me thus far after giving the company some measure of benefit of the doubt.

I'm still uncertain the board is really that active and engaged though. I could see a phone call or two from one or more to the doc from time to time but still have my doubts.
