I agree with what your saying and understand your feelings, however these things that happened were already on the boards table. Once they happened then you have to deal with the best timing for things to come out.

What if there are revenues in those filings, other money established from notes. We have been told they have the auditors ready to file the updates. By the way, the auditors they have are 1st class and not cheap. They are the same outfit the upper tier companies use.

You have two different groups wanting your cash assets or payment of the best terms those other parties can arrange.

Remember your already a pink, that means your not expected to be reporting on time. Your not transparent anymore then you need to be to your advantage at that point.

So it's been a while since they reported, what if there are revenues in those updates, current and developing, if your creditors know your exact standing they have a lot more leverage on what they are willing to accept for settlement and terms. So given you know you have to settle it all soon, maybe you don't show your hand till after you have worked out the best payment you can from an operational standpoint. If your offer was to pay off a debt in full cash payment but the squabble was some interest and fees amount. You might feel confident to go to court and let a judge decide the final dollar amount.

By doing so you already are about done with Hanover as bad a deal as that seems to be right now. You settle with IR based on a judges ruling. Both of those behind you. You can now file and expose your current financial standing. There has to be a reason that Dr V and board did not want to file even at the urging of IR to d so. iR wanted to see what is being generated currently and future deals also.

There is information in those filings that the board knows, that IR wanted to know, that we don't know yet. The board is actually better versed in business dealings then Dr V. If I'm on the BOD I know I would not want to begin showing the positives in the midst of the circus of the past week or so.

As much as I don't like it, the best thing they can do is get this settled then start to show their hand. It would not have benefited any of us for them to file this past week other then calm our nerves. This stock will move up when the IR issue is gone. If they have great things happening they will move up based on that in spite of any message board postings.

You and quite a few others make some really intelligent posts trying to frame current events given the pieces we all have available. I think sometimes some great facts are put together but those guys and the attorneys, they have all the facts, seen and unseen. Hopefully we get a positive resolution on Monday. I think we will unless IR asks for an extension of time. Cause as things stand right now them wanting more then they are due to the detriment of a whole class of people does not show them in a very reasonable or positive light.

Someone values this patent an extreme amount to go through all this. That should be exciting for all of us. These guys on both sides are spending large amounts of money on this. People at these levels do not spend money like that on principle, they spend it to make more money. This is not all to make a point or teach a lesson. This is all about the incredible potential of this patent and the one to follow.
